Founders, Jessica & Seth Beecher, opened the first RE/MAX SELECT office on Bryn Mawr in the Heart of Historic Nob Hill the spring of 2013, adding offices around the metro over the next five years. When they saw inefficiencies in the current real estate model, they developed systems to save time for the brokerage and all its associate brokers.
The foundation of the brokerage was simple:
